Heart of India needs German Technology

The motive of delegation was also to invite foreign investors for Global Investors Summit to be held in Khajuraho in October 2010. Also on agenda are nature and wildlife tourism promotion in the state and export of bio agriculture products. He was accompanied by Minister for industry and employment, Mr. Kailash Vijayvargiya, Additional Chief Secretary, Mr. Satya Prakash and many other administrative officers and industry people.

The delegation visited BMW plant, MAN plant, a solar power plant and a bio gas plant in Munich. In a Business Meeting held on 14th June in Hotel Sheraton in Munich with representatives from around 40 Bavarian companies and organisations, Mr. Shivraj Chauhan assured of low beaurocracy for foreign investments with single window clearing system, cheap land for alternative power projects like solar and wind energy, steady political and social enviorenment. Delegation visit was organised by ILFI. Delhi based German company called 'Bridge to India' helped the delegation to spread the word to thousands of German companies out of which around 300 companies showed interest to take part in Business meeting Munich. But due to short notice only around 40 could take part. Meeting in Munich was facilitated by Consulate General of India.

Consul General of India, Mr. Anoop Kumar Mudgal, in his opening speech, proudly remarked that India has come a long way. Meanwhile, Indian companies are investing more in Germany than German companies in India.

Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan surprised the Bavarian guests by addressing in Hindi. "Germans speak in German, we should also respect our national language." he said to Basera. Quite impressed by Germany's only Hindi Magazine, he gave compliments to Basera.

 

भारत का दिल यानि मध्य प्रदेश अब वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा, शहरी विकास और संसाधन प्रबन्धन के मामले में विदेशी निवेष की सम्भावनाओं पर ध्यान दे रहा है। जून के तीसरे सप्ताह में मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्य मन्त्री शिवराह सिंह चौहान ने कुछ मन्त्रियों और उद्योगपतियों के साथ जर्मनी, हॉलैण्ड और इटली का दौरा किया और वहां के उद्धमियों को इन क्षेत्रों में मध्य प्रदेश में निवेश करने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने अक्तूबर में खजुराहो में होने वाले वैश्विक शिखर सम्मेलन के लिए भी निमन्त्रण दिया। म्युनिक में उन्होंने कई सयन्त्रों का दौरा किया और करीब चालीस बवेरियन कम्पनियों के साथ बैठक की। बैठक में हिन्दी में सम्बोधन करते हुए उन्होंने कम नौकरशाही और वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा उत्पादन के लिए सस्ती भूमि का वादा किया। जर्मनी की एकमात्र हिन्दी पत्रिका बसेरा को उन्होंने विशेष बधाई दी।
